ORDA Ethiopia is seeking eligible bidders for the drilling of 9 shallow wells. This procurement follows the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures.

📅 Key Dates & Floating Period

• Floating Period: 10 consecutive working days starting from the announcement date in the Reporter Newspaper.

• Bid Closing: At 2:00 PM on the 10th working day.

• Bid Opening: At 2:30 PM on the 10th working day (in the presence of bidders or representatives).

💰 Financial & Eligibility Requirements

1. Bid Document Fee: Birr 300 (Three hundred birr), non-refundable, payable in cash.

2. Bid Security: 2% of the total bid price.

   • Form: CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee only.

   • Validity: Must be valid for at least 30 consecutive working days from the date of the bid opening.

3. Mandatory Documents:

   • Valid and renewed business license relevant to the stream of business.

   • VAT Registration Certificate.

   • Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

   • Technical and Financial documents must be submitted in separate envelopes.
