1. TOR Collection:
   • Interested firms can collect the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) document from the IRE Country Office ground reception center.
   • Address: Wolo Sefer Ethio-China Relation Rd, Gorgorios Roundabout.
2. Submission Format:
   • Proposals must be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes.
   • The main envelope must contain separate sealed envelopes clearly marked for:
     • “Bid Security”
     • “Original” of Technical and Financial Document
     • “Copy” of Technical and Financial Document
3. Submission Location:
   • Bids must be delivered to the IR Ethiopia office before the closing time.
