📌 Service Scope and Deliverable
- Service: External Audit of Pro Pride’s financial records for the year ended December 31st, 2025.
- Key Requirement: Experience in auditing IPSAS-based financial statements or engagement on conversion of IPSAS or IFRS.
- Deliverables:
- Audited financial statement.
- Management letter and recommendations.
- Audit Fees: The audit fees will be fixed for the year 2025.
✅ Mandatory Requirements for Audit Firms
Qualified and registered audit firms must meet the following criteria and submit the corresponding documentation:
- AABE Registration: Registration with the Accounting and Audit Board of Ethiopia (AABE).
- Category: Must be a Category A class Audit Firm.
- Proposal Submission: Submit a complete company profile and finance & technical proposal (in separate, sealed envelopes/sections).
- Licenses: Trade License (Renewed for the current Year).
- Competence: Certificate of competence from the Office of Federal Audit General.
- Fee Clarity: Clearly indicate the Audit fee to be charged, specifying whether it is with or without VAT.
- Work Plan: Submit a tentative date of starting the Audit and the completion time of the Audit work.
- Staffing: Provide a list of staff that will be deployed in the audit along with their qualifications.
- Experience: Documented experience in auditing IPSAS-based financial statements or engagement on conversion of IPSAS or IFRS.

- Audit Firms that fulfill the criteria should take the Terms of Reference (ToR) and submit their sealed bid.
- Deadline for Submission: Within 7 working days from the date of this announcement.
