📜 Eligibility and Submission Requirements
1. Eligibility Criteria
Bidders must provide written application with original copies of the following legal documents:

Valid & Renewed Construction License (General Contractor (GC) or Water Work Contractor (WWC) Grade-7 & above is required, or Business License and Registration of manufacturing or Wholesale Distributors applicable to the Lot).

Valid and renewed Business License.

VAT and TIN Certificate.

Valid Registered Ethiopian Government Procurement (EGP) Certificate.

Valid TAX Clearance Certificate.
-
Relevant document showing past performance and experience.
2. Bid Document Purchase

Fee: ETB 1,000 (One Thousand Birr only) for each LOT.

Location: DPO Head office (Addis Ababa) or Mekelle office (for Tigray Lots).
3. Bid Security (Bid Bond)
4. Submission Instructions
The offer might be rejected or disqualified if:

The “Technical” specification and “Financial” offers are not submitted separately.

The reference number and LOT number are not indicated on the envelope.

The bidder envelopes are not sealed and stamped.
-
Tenders are submitted after the deadline.
