Service: Assign a specialist sub-consultant to carry out the STD/HIV/AIDS Alleviation services as per the Terms of Reference (TOR) and Clause 1614 of the standard technical specification.
Procedure: National Competitive Bidding (NCB).
Minimum Experience: The sub-consultant must have a minimum of three years of experience in the last five years working on HIV/AIDS Alleviation in collaboration with the community and local organizations.
Approval: The experience and qualification of the sub-consultant are subject to approval by the Engineer upon the consent of the Employer (ERA).
