Mandatory Requirements and Submission Guidelines

Bidders must submit the following documents and fulfill these requirements:

1. Legal Documents: Renewed trade license, TIN certificate, and VAT registration certificate.
2. Bid Security: Present 2% CPO of the total price presented.
3. Delivery Capability: Ability to deliver the required number of animals at the right time and in specified places.
4. Receipts: Ability to provide a headed receipt bearing the name of the firm.
5. Proposal Format:
   • Submit financial and technical proposals in their original and copy documents separately.
   • The proposals must bear the official seal of the firm and be signed by the authorized personnel.
   • All documents given to the bidders must be filled appropriately and returned to the CIFA Yabello coordination office.
