Borehole Drilling & Water Supply System – Pharmacure PLC

Pharmacure PLC invites eligible Grade I Water Well Drilling Contractors to submit proposals for the drilling of a deep water well and the installation of a water supply system at their facility.

1. Project Overview

• Scope: Drilling one (1) water well and installing a full water supply system.

• Target Depth: $350\text{ meters} \pm 20\%$.

• Location: Lemi Kura Sub-City, Woreda 10 (Near Summit, adjacent to the Pepsi Factory).

2. Key Dates & Deadlines

• Duration: The bid floats for 30 consecutive days from the date of the first announcement in Reporter Magazine.

• Closing Time: 30th day at 4:30 local time (10:30 AM).

• Opening Time: Same day at 5:00 local time (11:00 AM).

3. Eligibility & Submission Requirements

• License: Must hold a Grade I license for water well drilling from the Ethiopian Construction Authority.

• Bid Bond: ETB 300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand) in the form of CPO or an Unconditional/Irrevocable Bank Guarantee.

• Format: Two separate envelopes:

  1. Technical Bid Document

  2. Financial Bid Document

• Document Fee: ETB 1,000 (Non-refundable).
