Borehole & Water Works Supervision – Pharmacure PLC
Pharmacure PLC invites eligible consultants to oversee the drilling, pump installation, and pipeline works at its facility near the Summit-Pepsi area in Addis Ababa.
1. Scope of Consultancy
The selected firm will be responsible for the professional supervision of:

Water Well Drilling: Oversight of the actual borehole construction.

Submersible Pump: Technical design and installation supervision.
-
Pipeline Works: Supervision of the distribution network.
2. Eligibility Requirements

License: Category V (5) and above for Water Resource Consultants.

Certification: Must be from the Ethiopia Construction Authority.

Bid Bond: 2% of the bidding amount in the form of a CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee.
3. Important Deadlines

Release Date: March 22, 2026.

Floating Period: 20 Consecutive Days.

Closing Date: April 11, 2026, at 4:30 PM (10:30 Local Time).

Opening Date: Same day at 5:00 PM (11:00 Local Time).
