Self Help Africa (SHA) Ethiopia Office invites sealed bids from interested and qualified service providers for the provision of comprehensive security guard and cleaning services for its leased head office (Ground + 3 floors) located around the 22 Roundabout area in Addis Ababa.

📌 Scope of Work (Integrated Services)

The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and management for an integrated service:

1. Security Services:

   • Well-trained security personnel.

   • Safety and monitoring surveillance equipment.

   • Regular patrols, incident response, and reporting.

   • Performing clerical duties.

2. Cleaning Services:

   • Routine daily and weekly cleaning.

   • Deep cleaning and sanitation of all office areas (desks, common areas, restrooms, kitchens).

   • Waste management.
