Lidiya Memorial Construction PLC invites sealed bids from eligible GC-5 or BC-5 and above contractors for the Construction of Structural work from Semi Basment Vertical structure to 9th floor horizontal Structure of 3B+SB+G+16 Building Project which can be completed within 420 calender days.

The project involves a construction scope where the Structural System features a post-tensioned (PT) slab.

Note: All post-tensioning works (design, supply, stressing, anchorage) are excluded from the Contractor’s scope. This work will be fully handled by the Client or an appointed specialist.

Bidders must present copies of the following valid documents:

Renewed Trade License for the year 2018 E.C.
Renewed Competency Certificate of registration of category GC-5 / BC-5 and Above from an authorized body.
Tax Clearance Certificate (valid at least at the submission deadline).
VAT Registration Certificate.
Tax Identification Number (TIN).
Registration of FPPA (Federal Public Procurement Agency) as a Supplier.

Technical Proposal: Submit one original and two copies (3 total), signed, stamped, and wax-sealed. It must not include any financial information and must have sequential page numbering (failure to do so results in a 5-point deduction).
Financial Proposal: Submit one original and two copies (3 total), signed, stamped, and wax-sealed, and clearly labeled.
Final Packaging: All documents (technical, financial, bid security) must be enclosed in one large outer envelope.
