Bid Document Cost	A non-refundable fee of ETB 500 (Five Hundred Birr).
Bid Notice Period	Floated for 15 consecutive calendar days.
Bid Closing Time	15th day at 2:00 PM
Technical Opening Time	15th day at 2:30 PM
Holiday Clause	If the 15th calendar day is a holiday, closing and opening will be on the next working day.

Mandatory Submission Guidelines

Requirement	Detail
Bid Security (Bid Bond)	2% of the bid offer, submitted as a CPO ONLY (as specified in the Bidding Data Sheet) in a separate envelope. The bid bond must be valid for 28 days after bid validity.
Proposal Format	Four envelopes are required, all sealed, signed, and stamped:
	1. ORIGINAL Financial Offer (separately sealed and labeled)
	2. COPY Financial Offer (separately sealed and labeled)
	3. TECHNICAL OFFER (separately sealed and clearly labeled)
	4. Outer Envelope containing all three envelopes, sealed, signed, and stamped.
Compliance Warning	Failure to comply with the stated conditions (from No. 2 to 7 in the original document, which relate to bid bond, envelope format, etc.) will result in an automatic rejection.
