3. Submission Process (Crucial!)
NRC has strict rules for this tender. Failure to follow these will result in disqualification:

Digital Submission ONLY: All offers must be submitted through the NRC portal: eu-supply.com/NRC.

CPO Exception: While the bid is digital, the Original CPO must be submitted in Hard Copy to the NRC office before the deadline.

No Other Methods: Email or physical paper bids for the technical/financial parts will not be accepted.
