📝 Bidder Eligibility & Requirements
To qualify, bidders must meet the following criteria:

Category: Registered Consulting Architects or Consulting Architects and Engineers — Category I and above.

Licenses: Valid Trade license and Consulting license for the year 2018 (E.C.).

Registrations: VAT registration and certificates from the Ministry of Urban Development and Construction and the Trade Bureau.

Validity: The bid must remain valid for 120 days after the opening date.
