📜 Eligibility and Submission Requirements

Legal Documents: Bidders must attach clear copies of their VAT registration and TIN number registration certificate for the year 2024/2025 G.C.

Proposal Format: Bidders must submit their proposals in wax-sealed envelopes, containing:

Technical Proposal (in a separate envelope)

Financial Proposal (in a separate envelope)

The outer envelope must be marked with the Tender Reference number.

Mandatory Forms: Failure to use NCA’s template for price quotation submission will result in automatic rejection.

Bid Bond: Must accompany the bid proposal, amounting to 1% of the total offer, in the form of a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.

Rejection Clause: Bidders who did not obtain the bidding document directly from NCA will be rejected during the evaluation.

Bid Opening Attendance: The bidder or their representative shall not be allowed to attend the bid opening session.
