2. Scope of Services
The selected consultant will be responsible for the following comprehensive design services:
- Architectural Design: (Conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents).
- Structural Design.
- Electrical Design.
- Plumbing/Sanitary Design.
- 3D Design.
- Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Processing necessary permits and approvals from the Government.
3. Submission Requirements and Schedule
