Global Vision partners’ commercial and Industrial PLC invites all interested and eligible bidders by this International competitive Bid (ICB) for the Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Training, handing over and Knowhow Transfer of Pulp and Paper processing Plant (Turn-key Project).

1. Project Scope

The contract is for a Turn-key Project involving a Pulp and Paper Processing Plant. The winning bidder is responsible for:

• Design and Supply

• Installation and Commissioning

• Training and Handover

• Know-how Transfer (Critical Requirement)

2. Key Dates & Submission Windows

Note: This bid has a unique “Single Day” submission policy.

⚠️ Warning: Bids received before or after the closing date (February 20, 2026) will be automatically rejected.

3. Submission Method & Requirements

Unlike standard physical submissions, this tender requires Electronic Submission:

• Channel: Proposals must be sent via Email to the three addresses specified in the bid document.

• Format: Technical and Financial proposals must be separate files.

• Subject Line/Title: Must be titled: “Tender for Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Training, handing over and Knowhow Transfer of Pulp and Paper processing Plant (Turn-key Project)”.

• Mandatory Authorization: Bidders must provide a Letter of Authorization to sign the bid offers.
