⚙️ Submission and Eligibility Requirements

1. Eligibility Documents (Must be valid and up to date)

• Valid Trade License

• Registration Certificate (Supplier)

• Tax Clearance (valid up to date)

• Supplier Registration Certificate (must be active online)

• Contractor Category: Electro-mechanical, Water Works, Building, or General Contractors of Category 5 and above, or related contractors of category 5 and above.

2. Bid Security (Bid Bond)

• Amount: 2% of the bid offer.

• Form: CPO ONLY (Cashier’s Payment Order) in a separate envelope.

• Validity: The CPO should be valid for 28 days after bid validity.

3. Submission Format (Three-Envelope System)

1. FINANCIAL OFFER: Two separate wax-sealed envelopes labeled “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”.

2. TECHNICAL OFFER: One separate wax-sealed envelope clearly labeled “TECHNICAL OFFER”.

3. The three envelopes must then be sealed, signed, and stamped inside a single outer envelope addressed to the Ethiopian Red Cross Society Amhara Regional Branch Office.

• Failure to comply with any of the stated conditions will result in automatic rejection.
