Submission Requirements
Bidders must follow a strict “Three-Envelope” system:

Financial Offer: Two envelopes (labeled ORIGINAL and COPY).

Bid Security: 2% of the bid offer in the form of CPO ONLY (placed in a separate envelope). The bid bond must be valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
