1. Volume & Logistics Profile
The volume of work is significant, averaging roughly 23 export shipments per week.

Exports (1,100): Predominantly cold-chain logistics (flowers/produce) requiring immediate “Green Channel” or rapid processing at Bole International Airport.

Imports (130): Likely fertilizers, greenhouse equipment, and packaging materials arriving via air or sea (Djibouti corridor).
2. Mandatory Requirements
The companies are looking for elite agents with specific expertise in high-speed customs clearance:

Legal: Valid Trade License, TIN, and VAT registration.

Certification: Must be officially certified by the authorized government body for clearing and forwarding.

Experience: Proven track record in perishables is highly preferred.

Capacity: Must demonstrate the ability to handle over 1,000 shipments annually without delays.
