2. Mandatory Eligibility Requirements
Audit firms wishing to participate in this tender must fulfill the following:
- Certification: Must be Certified Chartered Accountants authorized to audit a Public Interest Entity (PIE) by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).
- Indemnity Cover: Must provide a copy of the Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover.
- Business License: Must have a renewed (valid) business license.
- TIN: Must have a TIN Certificate.
- Firm Profile: Must submit a detailed work profile.
- Time Frame: The proposal should clearly indicate the time frame required to complete the audit.
