1. Introduction

Zega Educational & Training Services S.C. invites qualified and licensed audit firms to submit proposals for the provision of independent external audit services. The selected firm will be responsible for auditing the company’s financial statements for three consecutive fiscal years: 2025, 2026, and 2027 G.C.

2. Eligibility & Requirements

All participating firms must possess a valid Certificate of Competence issued by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE). Bidders are required to submit the following documentation:

• Legal & Statutory Documents:

  • Valid and renewed Business License.

  • Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

  • VAT Registration Certificate.

  • Renewed Professional License issued by the AABE.

• Technical Documentation:

  • Detailed Firm Profile (including relevant experience in the sector).

  • List and CVs of professional staff assigned to the audit.

  • Proposed Audit Methodology and Work Plan.

  • Proposed Timeline for completion of the audit.

• Financial Documentation:

  • Proposed audit fee (inclusive of all applicable taxes).

3. Assessment of Audit Scope

Interested bidders are encouraged to assess the scope and volume of the audit work prior to submission.

4. Submission Guidelines

Proposals must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked as follows:

1. “Technical Proposal – External Audit Services”

2. “Financial Proposal – External Audit Services”

Submission Deadline: April 10, 2026, at 17:30 hrs. Location: Physical submission to the Head Office of Zega Educational & Training Services S.C. during standard working hours.

Note: Late submissions will not be accepted.

Zega Educational & Training Services S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, partially or entirely, without providing reasons.
