Auditor Eligibility and Submission Requirements
Eligible firms must be Chartered Certified (Qualified) Audit Firms and their name must be on the official list from AABE. Submissions must include the following eight (8) documents:

| 2. | VAT and TIN Certificate | Evidence of Value Added Tax registration and Taxpayer Identification Number. |
| 3. | Tax Clearance Certificate | For the current fiscal year. |
| 4. | AABE Classification Proof | Documented evidence of being classified as a higher-grade audit firm. |
| 5. | Team Qualifications & Experience | Detailed CVs/profiles of the firm’s audit team. |
| 6. | Relevant Experience | Documented proof of successfully auditing IPSAS-based financial statements for similar organizations. |
| 7. | Estimated Timeframe | Proposed time needed to complete the entire audit process. |
| 8. | Proposed Audit Fee | The total fee charged for the service, inclusive of VAT. |
Submission Procedures and Deadline

| Terms of Reference (ToR) Access | Request the detailed ToR by email: BBehailu@christian-aid.org or TMena@christian-aid.org. The ToR must be used as the basis for preparing the proposals. |
| Proposal Format | Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted in separately sealed envelopes. |
| Submission Deadline | 7 working days from the date of the announcement in the newspaper/media. |
| Acceptance Time | Only during office hours: 3:00 AM to 10:30 PM local time. |
| Submission Method | In-person or by using the organization’s P.O. Box. |
| Note on Submission | Proposals submitted via email will NOT be accepted. |
