Mandatory Document Requirements
All bidders must attach the following documents as part of their bid proposal:
- Professional and Business Licenses:
- Renewed Professional License.
- Renewed Business License.
- Tax Compliance:
- VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate.
- Recent Tax Clearance Certificate from the concerned authority.
- Professional Certification:
- Registered Certified Chartered Accountants / Certificate of Professional Competence.
- Experience & Capacity:
- Organizational profile including evidence of experience (previous performance) in auditing of similar organizations (for Charities and Societies Agency requirement purposes).
- Detail of staff assigned to perform the audit activities, including their experience and qualifications.
- Detail audit plan that includes the expected audit start and completion dates.
Submission Instructions
- Bid Availability: A complete set of bidding documents with the detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) is available at the PC Head Office starting from October 27, 2025.
- Submission Format: All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, along with a proforma invoice.
- Submission Location: Deposit bids into the “Bid Box” located at the PC Head Office.
- Bid Opening: The public bid opening ceremony will be held at the PC Head Office on November 3, 2025. Attendance by bidders or their representatives is not mandatory.
- Reservation of Rights: Pastoralist Concern reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in part or in full, without providing any reason.
