Berhan Insurance S.C invites independent external auditors with Grade “A” or “B” to submit technical and financial proposals (in separate sealed envelopes) for the audit of the company’s financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for two consecutive fiscal years:

• Renewed Trade License
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate

📝 Proposal Submission Instructions

1. Copies: Prepare and submit two copies of the bid documents (one original and one copy for both the Technical and Financial proposals).
2. Packaging: Both the technical and financial proposals must be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes that are clearly marked as:
   • “Technical Proposal”
   • “Financial Proposal”
3. Pricing Detail: The audit fee must be stated separately for each fiscal year.
