📜 Submission Requirements

1. Legal Status: Suppliers must have a valid license for the current Ethiopian FY.

2. Pricing: Bidders should clearly indicate that the price includes VAT.

3. Submission Format: Each item must be submitted in a Separate Sealed Envelope.

4. Attendance: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
