✅ Required Qualifications and Experience

1. Legal Documents:
   • Renewed Trade License for 2018 E.C.
   • Tax Clearance Certificate.
   • VAT Registration Certification.
   • Other relevant documents.
2. Experience:
   • Proven experience in video production and success stories/program learning documentation.
   • Especially experience in the humanitarian and public health sectors.

📜 Application Procedure

1. Document Collection: Bid documents (including the ToR) must be collected from the OSSHD Head Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00.
2. Bid Security: The bidder must submit a bid security equal to 2% of the bid price in the form of a CPO or Bank Guarantee, prepared in the name of the Organization for Social Service Health and Development (OSSHD). This must be in a separate sealed envelope.
3. Submission: The technical and financial documents must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to the OSSHD Head Office before the closing date.
