1. Overview of Services
Hijra Bank S.C. invites eligible and qualified contractors or consultants to submit a sealed Expression of Interest (EOI) for Investigation and Geotechnical Services. This is the preliminary stage of the procurement process; only shortlisted bidders will be invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals later.

4. Collection of TOR and Payment

Cost: A non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr).

Payment Location: Hijra Bank S.C., Olympia Square, Nejashi Branch (Cash payment).

Pickup Location: Facility and Supply Management Office, Olympia Square (Road to Bambi’s), 1st Floor of the new building next to Hijra Bank.
5. Submission Instructions
To ensure your bid is valid, follow these packaging requirements:

Format: One “ORIGINAL” document and one “COPY”.

Packaging: Each should be separately signed and sealed in its own envelope. Both envelopes must then be placed inside a single, larger outer envelope.

Labeling: The outer envelope must be plain, sealed, and clearly marked with the bid reference: “Expression of Interest for Investigation and Geotechnical Service.”

Deposit: Hand-deliver and deposit into the designated Bid Box at the Facility and Supply Management Office before the deadline.
Note: Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
