📌 Service Scope

• Service: Hiring of 4WD field vehicles and other vehicles for project travel.
• Project Areas: All woredas of Gambella and Benishangul Gumz regions, plus zonal areas of South, Afar, Oromia, Somali, Amhara, and Tigray regions.

✅ Mandatory Company Criteria

Interested companies must fulfill the following mandatory requirements:

1. Legal Status: Must have a Renewed license from the appropriate government office for the current year.
2. Tax Compliance: Must possess a VAT registration certificate.
3. Vehicle Insurance: All vehicles offered must be insured.
4. Ownership Capacity: Must present ownership of at least five (5) 4WD field vehicles.
5. Availability Capacity: Must have the capacity to avail more than five (5) vehicles at a time.
6. Quick Mobilization: Must have the capacity to avail the requested vehicle/s within two days of request.

⚙️ Vehicle Specifications

• Condition: Vehicles must be able to run in all weather and road conditions.
• Fuel Efficiency: Vehicles should run at least seven (7) KM per liter in all roads.
• Preferred Types (Production Year after 2008 GC):
  • Toyota Land Cruiser Mark II
  • 105 Toyota Pickup D4D
  • Hiace LH202 (Minibus)

💰 Price Quotation Requirements

Bidders must submit separate, detailed pricing based on the following:

• Fuel Status: Price quotation must be given per day with fuel and without fuel.
• Vehicle Type & Year: Price per day should be based on the type and production year of the vehicle.
• Separate Prices Required for:
  1. Toyota Land Cruiser
  2. Pickup
  3. Minibus
  4. Coaster Bus
