💰 Financial and Legal Requirements

Bidding Document Fee (Non-refundable): ETB 400 (Four Hundred Birr) for each bid.

Payment Method: Must be deposited into CBE Account Number 1000000950487 in the name of the Ethiopian Red Cross Society.

Document Collection: ERCS Humanitarian Supply Chain Department Procurement Division, First floor, office No. 25, around Stadium, Addis Ababa.

Bid Security (Bid Bond):

Amount: 2% of the total bid offer.

Form: CPO only, placed in a separate envelope.

Validity: Must be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.

📜 Submission Procedure
Bids must be submitted in a specific structure:

Envelope 1: FINANCIAL OFFER (Original), sealed and labeled.

Envelope 2: FINANCIAL OFFER (Copy), sealed and labeled.

Envelope 3: TECHNICAL OFFER (Original and Copy), sealed and clearly labeled as “TECHNICAL OFFER.”

Envelope 4: CPO (Bid Security), sealed.

Outer Envelope: The four envelopes (including the CPO) shall then be Stamped, wax sealed in and signed outer envelope, addressed to the Ethiopian Red Cross Society.
Important Note: Failure to comply with the stipulated conditions (No. 2 to 7 in the original notice) may result in automatic rejection.
