Medical Teams International (MTI), a Christian humanitarian relief agency (Certificate No. 5635), invites eligible insurance providers to submit bids for Life Insurance, Group Personal Accident (GPA), and Medical Insurance Services for all MTI operational sites in Ethiopia.
1. Scope of Work
The service covers MTI staff across all operational regions, including Addis Ababa, Afar, Amhara, Tigray, Somali, and Benishangul-Gumuz, specifically serving communities in remote and refugee settings.
2. Mandatory Eligibility & Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate legal standing and operational capacity by submitting:

Legal Documents: Valid Business License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration, and Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.

Experience: Proven track record in managing Life, GPA, and Medical Insurance for International NGOs.

References: List of current/previous clients with valid contact details (Email & Phone).

Financial Standing: Audited Financial Statements for the last three (3) years.

Policy Samples: Clear and valid sample insurance policy documents.

5. How to Apply

Purchase Document: Collect the bid document upon payment of a non-refundable ETB 500.00.

Submission: Deliver sealed envelopes to the Tender Box at the MTI Office, Logistics and Procurement Department.

Envelope Packing: Technical and Financial offers MUST be submitted in separate, sealed, and stamped envelopes. Failure to do so will lead to automatic disqualification.
