💰 Financial and Legal Requirements

  1. Bid Document Fee (Non-refundable): Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) for each lot.

    • Payment Method: Deposit in Account Number 01540000544500 through AWASH BIRR or at any Awash Bank Branch. If paying via Awash Birr, a transaction confirmation must be presented.

  2. Bid Bond Form: Must be in the form of an Unconditional & Irrevocable Bank Guarantee from a bank other than Awash Bank or a Cashier’s Payment Order (C.P.O) from any local Bank.

  3. Mandatory Documents (Copy Presentation Required):

    • Renewed Trade license.

    • Certificate of registration.

    • Tax Clearance Certificate.

    • VAT Registration Certificate.

    • TIN Registration Certificate.

  • Failure to comply with any of the conditions outlined in Sections 2 to 5 (not fully provided here, but refers to the Bank’s conditions) will result in automatic disqualification.

  • Awash Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids partially or fully without assigning any reason.
