4. Mandatory Eligibility and Submission Requirements
A. Document Requirements (for Eligibility)
Bidders must submit the following valid and renewed evidence:
- Renewed Trade License
- TIN Certificate
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- VAT Registration Certificate
B. Submission Format
- Bidders must submit original with a copy of the proposals.
- Two-Envelope System: Technical, Financial Proposals, and the Bid Bond must be submitted separately (or the Bid Bond in the technical document) in a sealed envelope.
