Jhpiego Ethiopia is seeking a reliable partner to provide meter taxi services to support its health sector operations. The successful bidder will sign a contract with rates fixed for at least one year.

1. Minimum Prequalification Criteria

To be considered, your business must meet these 5 strict requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the meter taxi service industry.

• Track Record: Evidence (recommendations/contracts) from at least three (3) organizations showing your capability.

• Compliance: Valid business license, TIN, VAT registration, and current tax clearance.

• Price Stability: Willingness to fix service rates for one (1) full year.

• Submission Format: Separate Technical and Financial proposals sent as PDF files.

2. Important Deadlines

• Document Request Starts: Monday, March 23, 2026.

• Submission Deadline: Friday, April 03, 2026, at 5:30 PM.

• Status: Open / Service Procurement.
