3. Eligibility & Submission Requirements

Legal Docs: Renewed Trade License, VAT Registration, and TIN Certificate.

Bid Bond: 2% of your total quoted value (CPO or Bank Guarantee).

Validity: Bid bond must be valid for at least 120 days.

Document Fee: ETB 200 per lot (Must be deposited at Rammis Bank, Finfine Branch).
4. How to Apply

Deposit: Pay the 200 ETB fee at Rammis Bank (Finfine Branch) and keep the credit advice ticket.

Collect: Go to the 7th Floor of the Rammis Bank HQ (in front of the Oromia Regional State President’s Office).

Submit: Place your sealed documents in the box at the HQ before the April 2nd deadline.
