1. Eligibility & Legal Requirements
Interested suppliers must provide the following documentation to participate:

Business License: Specifically for office furniture, electronics, or related business lines.

License Validity: Must be renewed for the 2025 E.C. (Ethiopian Calendar) fiscal year.

Taxation: Taxpayer Registration (TIN) certificate is mandatory.

3. Document Collection & Fees

Location: APDA Head Office in Samara, Afar.

Fee: ETB 200.00 (Non-refundable, payable in cash).

4. Financial Requirements

Bid Bond: 2% of the total bid amount.

Form: Accepted as either a CPO or a Bank Guarantee.

Packaging: The bid must be wax-sealed and clearly marked.
