Mandatory Documents for Submission
Interested service providers must submit the following seven (7) documents:
- Valid Business License: Copy of the renewed license.
- VAT and TIN Certificate: Copy of both the Value Added Tax and Taxpayer Identification Number certificates.
- Organizational Profile: A general overview of the company.
- Company Profile and Past Experience: Including recommendation letters from previous customers.
- Capability Evidence: Documented proof of relevant capability in delivering storytelling, branding, and communication development programs.
- Financial Capability: Copy of the financial audit report for 2016 (Ethiopian Calendar).
- Contact Details: Contact person’s name, email address, and telephone number.
- Organizational Structure and Manpower Size: Details on the company’s internal setup and employee count.
