1. Legal Documents: Suppliers must have the following documents:

   • Renewed Trade License for 2017/18 E.C.

   • Tax clearance certificate (valid at submission of bids).

   • Taxpayer registration certificate (TIN).

2. Bid Security: Must be not less than Birr 5,000.00 for Printing Items.

   • The Bid Security must be in the form of a certified cheque, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, or cash deposited against a receipt. Insurance bonds or any other forms are not acceptable.

3. Proposal Submission: Bids must be delivered to the logistics office or deposited in the Tender Box at the Country Office Logistic department. The envelope must be sealed with WAX.

4. Bidding Document: The complete Bidding document (prepared in English) may be collected from TCCE 1st floor Logistic Office on working days.
