1. Scope of Work
MCDO seeks a reliable supplier to source, assemble, and deliver 500 high-quality dignity kits to support displaced women and girls of reproductive age. The goal is to ensure hygiene, mobility, and safety in humanitarian crisis zones.

3. Eligibility & Evaluation Criteria
Bidders must meet the following technical and legal requirements:

Legal Compliance: Valid Business License, VAT Registration, and Tax Clearance Certificate.

Experience: Proven track record of supplying similar kits to NGOs or UN agencies.

Financial Capacity: Demonstrated ability to handle the contract (Bank statements/Audits).

Delivery Speed: Ability to complete delivery within 15 days of contract signing.

Technical Sample: A sample kit must be provided for quality inspection prior to final selection.
4. Submission Guidelines
Suppliers should submit two separate envelopes (or digital files):

Technical Proposal: Item specifications, company profile, and delivery schedule.

Financial Proposal: Itemized costs (including VAT and transport to Liben Zone).
Important Note: Due to the security landscape in the Liben Zone, suppliers must demonstrate the logistical capacity to navigate local terrain and security protocols safely.
