1. Eligibility Documents (Copies Required):
   • Renewed Trade license.
   • Certificate of registration.
   • Taxpayers registration certificate (TIN).
   • Value added tax certificate (VAT).
   • Tax clearance certificate.
2. Bid Document Purchase:
   • Fee: Non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) for each lot.
   • Payment Method: Use account number ETB 1764600010001.
   • Collection Start Date: November 12, 2025.
   • Collection Hours: Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM; Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
3. Bid Security (Bid Bond):
   • Amount: As specified in the table for each lot.
   • Form: Must be in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.
   • Validity: Valid for not less than 90 days from the date of bid opening.
4. Submission:
   • Bid proposals must be sealed and deposited in the designated tender box during office hours before the respective closing time.
