Submission/Opening Address: Dashen Bank Head Quarter Building, 7th floor, Supply Chain Management Department meeting hall (Located in front of the National Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa).

Electronic Submission: Not allowed. Late bids will be automatically rejected.
💰 Financial and Submission Requirements

Bid Document Fee: A Non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each bid reference number.

Form: Unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or Cashier’s Payment Order (CPO) only.

Validity: Bid security must be valid for at least 120 days upon submission.

Bid Validity: The bid validity shall be 90 days for each lot.

Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes.

Each offer must be submitted in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy.
