📜 Bidding Requirements
1. Document Purchase and Registration
- Fee: Non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 for each bid reference number.

2. Mandatory Documentation
- Copy of renewed and valid Trade License.
- VAT Registration Certificate.
- TIN Certificate.
3. Proposal and Security
- Proposal Structure: Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies (labeled as original and copy).
- Bid Security: Must be in the form of an unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or CPO.
- Validity: The Bid Security must be valid for at least 120 days upon submission, and the Bid Validity shall be 90 days for all lots.
