1. Eligibility Documents (Copies Required with Bid):
   • Renewed trade license.
   • Valid Tax clearance certificate.
   • TIN Certificate.
   • Suppliers Registration Certificate from the relevant authority.
   • VAT Registration Certificate.
2. Bid Security (Bid Bond):
   • Amount: ETB 50,000.00 for each Lot.
   • Form: CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee from a recognized bank.
3. Bid Document Purchase:
   • Fee: Non-refundable Birr 500 (Birr Five Hundred Only).
   • Payment Location: Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II, Ground floor.
   • Collection Location: Collect the Soft Copy of the bidding document from the Capital Goods Procurement Division (after payment).
4. Submission Format: Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelopes.
5. Submission/Opening Location: Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office.
6. Language: The language of the Tender shall be English.
