1. Bid Document Acquisition:

   • Fee: Non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr).

   • Payment Method: Transfer the fee to one of the following bank accounts:

   • Collection: Collect the document by submitting the bank payment slip to the PSS Corporate Service Department.

2. Bid Bond:

   • The required Bid Security amount for each lot must be provided (see table above).

   • Form: Must be in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee.

   • Validity: Must be valid for 120 days from the Bid opening date.

3. Validity & Currency: Prices quoted shall remain valid for 120 days from the Bid opening date.

4. Documents: Bidders must provide copies of the following eligibility documents:

   • Renewed Trade License & Registration

   • VAT Certificate

   • TIN Certificate

5. Format: Submit a complete bid document enclosed in a plain sealed envelope marked with the Bid name to the Corporate Service Department.

   • Late bids will not be accepted.
