3. Mandatory Eligibility and Submission Requirements
A. Required Eligibility Documents
Bidders must present a copy of the following valid and renewed documents:
- Renewed Trade License for the year 2017 / 2018 E.C.
- Trade Registration Certificate
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate
- VAT Registration Certificate
- Certificate of Competence issued by relevant government authorities
- Other necessary documents (as specified in the bidding document).
B. Submission Format
Bidders must submit their bidding documents in separately sealed envelopes as follows:
- Financial Offers: Must be labelled as Original and Copied (two separate sealed envelopes).
- Technical Offer: Must be made in a separate third-sealed envelope clearly labelled as Technical Offer.
