3. Mandatory Eligibility and Submission Requirements

 

 

A. Required Eligibility Documents

 

Bidders must present a copy of the following valid and renewed documents:

  • Renewed Trade License for the year 2017 / 2018 E.C.
  • Trade Registration Certificate
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate
  • VAT Registration Certificate
  • Certificate of Competence issued by relevant government authorities
  • Other necessary documents (as specified in the bidding document).

 

B. Submission Format

 

Bidders must submit their bidding documents in separately sealed envelopes as follows:

  • Financial Offers: Must be labelled as Original and Copied (two separate sealed envelopes).
  • Technical Offer: Must be made in a separate third-sealed envelope clearly labelled as Technical Offer.

Advice: Bidders are strongly advised to read the bidding document thoroughly and fill in all the necessary details requested.
