1. Bid Document Collection:

   • Interested bidders shall collect the full bid document from the SNV Ethiopia Head Office during the collection period (November 23 to December 05, 2025).

2. Bid Security:

   • Amount: ETB 320,000.

   • Form: CPO or confirmed Bank Guarantee letter from any eligible Bank in Addis Ababa.

3. Bid Validity: All bid prices should be valid for 120 days.

4. Submission Format:

   • Both the Technical and Financial offers should be in separate envelopes and must be duly signed and stamped.
