Purchase of PP Bags for Cement Packing – Habesha Cement S.C.
Habesha Cement Share Company invites eligible and qualified manufacturers to participate in a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process for the supply of PPC Cement packing bags (PP Bags). The successful bidder will enter into a framework agreement for a mutually determined service period.

3. Eligibility & Requirements
Interested bidders must provide the following:

Licenses: Valid Business Registration for the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year (TIN, VAT, and Tax Clearance).

Experience: Proven track record in cement bag supply contracts and compliance with international standards.

Bid Security: ETB 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand) in the form of a CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee.

Pricing: Must specify the price per piece (including/excluding VAT and related expenses).
4. How to Apply

Purchase Document: Visit the Head Office starting March 23, 2026. A non-returnable fee of ETB 200 is required.
