2. Proposal Format: Both technical and financial offers must be submitted in separate envelopes and must be duly signed and stamped.

3. Bid Security: A Bid Security of ETB 80,000 must be submitted in the form of a CPO (Cash Payment Order) or a confirmed bank Guarantee letter from any eligible Banks in Addis Ababa.

4. Required Documents (Copies): Bidders are required to furnish copies of the following:

   • Registration documents.

   • VAT registration certificates.

   • Valid trading license.

   • Testimonials Letter.
