2. Mandatory Requirements

1. Legal Documents: Bidders must submit a copy of the renewed Trade license for the current Ethiopian FY, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance certification, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Registration Certificate as part of the technical proposal.
2. Bid Bond: The bid submission must be accompanied by a Bid Bond amount of 5% of the total bid amount in the form of an Unconditional Cashier’s Payment Order (C.P.O.) only.
3. Pricing: Bidders must clearly indicate whether the price includes or excludes VAT/TOT.
4. Proposal Format: The bid must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes (Financial and Technical proposals).
5. Envelope Labeling: The outer envelope must clearly indicate the Invitation to bid reference number: “ASDEPO/ITB /042/ 2025”.
6. Rejection: Failure to comply with any of the stated conditions shall entail automatic rejection.
7. ASDEPO’s Right: ASDEPO retains the right to fully or partially cancel the bid if better options are availed.
