Request for Quotation (RFQ) – Reinforcement bar

Children’s HopeChest (CHC) is a foreign charity, non-governmental organization, which was established in 1994 to equip orphan and vulnerable children, families, and their communities to escape from the cycle of poverty. CHC was registered by the Ethiopian Authority for Civil Societies Organizations (ASCO) in September 2011G.C. Our approach transforms the lives of vulnerable children and their communities through partnerships that focus on sustainability, independence, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Children’s HopeChest is soliciting bids for the supply of reinforcement bars of different sizes and weights. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with Children’s HopeChest procurement policies. Bidders are requested to submit their most competitive offers in line with the criteria and product specifications provided below.

The Supplier must fulfill the following criteria/documents:

• Valid Business License of 2018 E.C
• Valid registration documents
• Tax clearance certificate
• TIN & VAT certificate

Delivery date: Within 15 working days upon signing of the Contract Agreement.

Delivery place: Children’s Hope Chest Shone Project. /Shone/.

Submission method: The bidder should submit the price per kilogram or per 12 meters in ETB for each weight. Price quotations will include the transportation cost to the delivery place and should be submitted through the following email address: ffiseha@hopechest.org or in a closed envelope to our office, with the subject line ‘RFQ No. Reinforcement Bar 02/2025, within 10 working days.
