3. Bid Requirements
Your submission must be in a sealed envelope and include the following:

Bid Amount: Clearly specify the amount and currency.

Bid Security (CPO): A 10% CPO of your total bid amount made out to “Plan International African Union Liaison Office” (must be in a separate envelope inside the main one).
4. Terms & Conditions

Payment: The winner must pay the full amount via bank deposit within 5 working days of receiving the award letter.

Ownership Transfer: The winner has 21 working days to complete the legal transfer and 3 days to remove the vehicle from the premises thereafter.

Forfeiture: If the winner fails to pay, the 10% CPO will be forfeited.
